By accessing or using LeadsIn60 services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

LeadsIn60 provides AI-powered lead response automation services, including voice AI calling, lead qualification, CRM integration, calendar booking, and reporting. We build and manage these systems on your behalf as a managed service.

3. Service Fees

Services are billed as a one-time setup fee plus monthly management fee as outlined in your service agreement. Monthly management is billed month-to-month and can be cancelled with 30 days notice.

4. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate business information, maintaining your CRM and calendar integrations, ensuring your lead forms correctly forward data, and complying with applicable laws regarding automated calling in your jurisdiction.

5. Limitation of Liability

LeadsIn60 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
