1. Service Description

LeadsIn60 provides an AI-powered lead response automation service. We call, qualify, and book your inbound leads within 60 seconds using artificial intelligence. Our service includes voice AI calling, lead qualification, CRM integration, calendar booking, and multi-channel follow-up.

2. Account Terms

  • You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
  • One person or legal entity may maintain no more than one account
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use LeadsIn60 to:

  • Make calls to numbers on the National Do Not Call Registry without proper consent
  • Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam)
  • Violate any applicable telemarketing or communication laws (TCPA, CAN-SPAM, etc.)
  • Misrepresent the nature of AI-generated calls to leads
  • Process leads without proper consent from the individuals
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or exploit our AI systems

4. Service Level

We aim for 99.9% uptime for our core services. We provide our service "as is" and do not guarantee specific conversion rates, contact rates, or business outcomes. Results vary based on industry, lead quality, and configuration.

5. Billing and Payment

  • Services are billed monthly in advance
  • Setup fees are one-time charges billed at the start of service
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
  • Accounts with overdue payments may be suspended

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you provide to us, including lead information, call configurations, and business data. We do not sell your data to third parties. We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, we will provide an export of your data within 30 days. We reserve the right to immediately terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadsIn60 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the dashboard. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
